Ingredients: Beetroot 1 cup sliced Dry red chillies 5 Urad and chana dal 1/2 tsp each Jeera 1 tsp Jaggery 1 tbsp Tamarind 1/2 tbsp garlic 8 pods curry leaves 2 tbsp Directions: Dry roast all the ingredients except jaggery and kepp it aside. Then add some oil to the pan and fry the beetroot to some extent. Now grind the fried beetroot, roasted ingredients, and tamarind in to a chutney. It can be eaten with hot rice or chapathi.
